Prosciutto Wrapped Dates with Brie

Ingredients
  • Medjool dates
  • prosciutto
  • brie
  • cinnamon
  • honey to drizzle
Instructions
  • Preheat the oven to 375F/190C/170C fan and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Place the dates on a cutting board and using a small, sharp knife make a lengthwise cut from top to bottom. The cut should be deep enough to expose and remove the pit without cutting all the way through.
  • Fill the dates with small slices of brie and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon before wrapping in prosciutto.
  • Place the dates on the baking tray and bake for approx. 10 minutes until the brie becomes molten and the prosciutto crisp.
  • Decorate with a drizzle of honey as well as a pinch of bee pollen if desired.
