Ingredients
Pumpkin Spice
  • 4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1-2 tsp freshly ground cloves
Pumpkin Spice Syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice blend
  • a pinch salt
Pumpkin Spice Creamer
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2-3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1-2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions
Pumpkin Spice
  • Combine all the spices in a small bowl.
  • Stir until well mixed.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
Pumpkin Spice Syrup
  • Combine the water and sugar in a saucepan, heat until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add pumpkin puree and spices, stirring well.
  • Simmer for 5-8 minutes, stirring continously.
  • Strain then cool and store in the fridge for up to 5-7 days.
Pumpkin Spice Creamer
  • In a medium saucepan over low-heat, stir together all the ingredients except the vanilla, which should be added last.
  • Simmer on low heat, continually stirring for 4-6 mins.
  • Strain in a heatproof bowl before storing in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
